The Law Offices of Michael Walker has been committed to providing quality legal services since 1969. Michael Walker, Esq. joined the law offices in 1988 and expanded the range of available legal services to be provided on behalf of our clients.
Our law offices handles legal matters in the practice areas of Real Estate; Estate Planning including the Wills, Trusts, and Living Wills; Elder Law and Medicaid Planning; all matters pertaining to Family Law including Divorce, child support, alimony, property settlement agreements, and domestic violence; and municipal court matters.
In light of the recent developments affecting Elder Law, it is important that members of the senior community are afforded legal representation that provides competent and practical planning and advice to clients who face unique issues in a changing environment. As a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the Elder Law Section of the New Jersey Bar Association and the Passaic County Elder Law Section, Michael Walker provides assistance to seniors and their families in helping to address those issues.
The law offices has been providing legal representation in all areas pertaining to Marital and Family Law for more than 20 years.
